My hard-of-hearing journey was never an easy one. It stole most of my self-esteem, confidence, joy and happiness for the past 46 years.  I was referred by ENT to Beverly; my audiologist for the past 10 years. She advises taking advantage of Baha evolving technology and having an upgraded model fitted. WOW, it was such an exciting, overwhelming, emotional experience when I received my Baha 3. My Baha sound processor is my life-changer since then being upgraded. Now I'm wearing my more advanced Baha 6. Baha 6 have improved wireless connectivity which streamed directly to my cellphone for calls as well as other audio devices. To my audiologist, ENT, suppliers: Can’t thank You enough. Your support, assistance and clients friendly warm environment is highly Appreciated!

Having Beverley as my audiologist has changed my life! Suffering from hearing loss for 5+ years, I'd visited a number of audiologists and always left in tears without a solution or way forward. Beverley's patience, kindness and professionalism allowed me to understand my diagnosis of otosclerosis. I highly recommend her and her practice to anybody looking for an audiologist.

I have had only good things about B S Ordman and her team. Three years ago they assessed my sister, who has special needs, in a kind, reassuring and professional way and fitted her with a hearing aid. It has made a big difference to her quality of life and her communication ability. Since, they have been very helpful with servicing, reprogramming, replacing consumables and so on. I appreciate all they've done for our family and would recommend them to others.

My son has been seeing Dominique for close to a year now for Speech and Language Therapy. His excitement when I collect him from school to go for his Therapy is heartfelt for me as a parent, knowing my son thoroughly enjoys his time and feels happy and content to be there. All the ladies are an absolute pleasure, and I myself enjoy the time spent waiting as a sense of comfort and hospitality is always ever present. Thank You Dominique and Elwina, you ladies are definitely a pleasure to be around.”
